Slow food today, fast food tomorrow



Chubby Hubby and his wife has this routine of preparing their favourite food on weekends and freezing them in small portions: Instant home-cooked food on week days(!). Sandwiches are great too - plus that chopping board is so handsome.

But I doubt much nutrients are left. =( I don't think it takes a lot of time at all to whip up a simple freshly home-cooked meal. Time is up to one to find. 30 mins at most.
