finally(!) a martial arts film that can do the genre proud. a wonderful biopic on grandmaster Ip Man (pronounced 'yip mun') who popularised the legendary Wing Chun martial arts style. Teacher to Bruce Lee, Ip Man brought Wing Chun - first developed as self defence moves for women - to a whole new level and turned it into one of modern history's most widely practised chinese martial art style. you should really check out the official site. movie showtimes here.
